All analysis provided by ChartLens is for educational and informational purposes only, not financial advice, not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and not a trading signal service.

ChartLens analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You should never make trading or investment decisions based solely on ChartLens analysis.

Trading financial instruments including cryptocurrency, forex and stocks involves significant risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Free Trial: All new users receive a 7 day free trial with full Pro features included. No credit card is required to start a trial. Each user is entitled to one free trial only. At the end of the trial period you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using ChartLens. Trial accounts that are not upgraded will have their access suspended until a subscription is purchased. Trial data including analysis history will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry giving you time to upgrade without losing your history.

Paid plans: billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment provided you have used fewer than 20 analyses during that period. If you have used 20 or more analyses you are not eligible for a refund as the service has been meaningfully used. To request a refund email chartlens.co@gmail.com.
