1. Agreement
By creating an account and using ChartLens you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ChartLens is an AI powered technical analysis tool that analyzes trading chart screenshots for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a financial services company and we do not provide financial advice.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All analysis provided by ChartLens is for educational and informational purposes only, not financial advice, not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and not a trading signal service.
ChartLens analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You should never make trading or investment decisions based solely on ChartLens analysis.
Trading financial instruments including cryptocurrency, forex and stocks involves significant risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to only upload images you own or have rights to, only upload trading chart screenshots as intended, not attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system, not resell or redistribute analysis without permission, not use ChartLens for any illegal purpose, and be solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
5. Subscription and Payments
Free plan: limited to 3 analyses per day at no cost.
Paid plans: billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment provided you have used fewer than 20 analyses during that period. If you have used 20 or more analyses you are not eligible for a refund as the service has been meaningfully used. To request a refund email chartlens.co@gmail.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law: ChartLens is not liable for any trading losses you experience, ChartLens is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete analysis, ChartLens is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ChartLens is provided as is without any warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI analysis, uninterrupted service availability, or that the service meets your specific requirements.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse or attempt to manipulate our systems, or use the service for illegal purposes. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
9. Intellectual Property
The ChartLens name, logo and product are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or create similar products based on ChartLens without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
